I am an asset acquisitions professional with more than 30 years of purchasing experience in asset markets, ranging from luxury and specialist cars to property.


I am a trusted business development strategist advising on sales and purchasing strategies and board level mentor for blue-chip organisations ranging from Zoopla Property Group to some of the most successful motor manufacturers (including BMW (GB) Ltd, Toyota Motors Europe and Lexus). I am the go-to professional for both property investors/private landlords and residential sellers looking to sell their properties.


With this level of experience in acquisitions, I know that trust will be at the foundations of our relationship and that acquiring assets is not always about the asset itself, because running a property business means you are running people business first, not a property business.


Uniquely in the sector, I will be the first to advise that I can’t help everyone in terms of an eventual sale. However, I am committed to offering my expertise and advice to all who contact me on the best way forward in regard to the sale of their property.


I say this because no one working in property can help everyone! If you require a traditional residential sales chain environment to sell your property, and you can live with the fact that there is a 35% chance that your sale will not conclude, then I will be the first to advise that you seek the most trusted and professional estate agency that you can find. Why? Because traditional estate agencies are set up to help people requiring these services, but not everyone is in a position to sell under these circumstances, especially property investors/landlords with tenants in properties and those residential property owners needing to sell quickly and/or under financially challenging circumstances.


And I can say this with certainty because I am not an estate agent or lettings agent offering the narrow traditional estate and lettings agency solutions. I'm not after your instruction and the listing of your property when you wish to sell and/or rent your property, knowing full well that if you wish to sell your property, the chances of meeting your pricing ambitions in the very soon to be falling property market and with a tenant probably still in situ, (should you be an investor and private landlord), are very unlikely indeed.
